They got back to me right away. They completed the work on time and were great to work with.

They came out the next day for an estimate and had the best price by a good bit. Once I decided to move forward, they got the job done within a week. Not an expert, but they put things back together nicely, and the new insulation definitely feels warmer than before.

Given the busy time of year for insulation, they were very responsive and got the job done before the worst of winter is here! the job looks good -- I am waiting for the REAL cold to see if the work solved my problem with occasional frozen pipes.

Once scheduled, the team was very efficient. Completed the project in 1.5 hours!

Igor responded to my inquiry right away. Came out on a Saturday to look at the job and provided a quote very quickly. He was even able to accommodate a Saturday installation!! Igor is very knowledgeable, he accesses your needs, is straight forward and does NOT oversell the product. Along with being knowledgeable, he and his crew were very courteous showed me the work that was done, answered any questions I had and made sure I was happy before they left. Their proposal is almost half cheaper than the proposals provided by other companies. I do not know what the quality should be of those companies asked for high price. The High Quality Insulation, however, provided a service meeting all my requirement and following all instruction codes. They also cleaned everywhere after finishing their work.

Igor was the first to call and the most responsive to my questions every step of the way. The quote was most competitive and work was done on schedule, prep was good and cleanup was good. Finish product is ready for me to close up and I'm happy I didn't deal with fiberglass this time around!
