Paul was professional, on time and did a great job. He came out quickly after my initial inquiry and was able to determine the issue with our roof right away. He also went above and beyond checking for anything else that could be a future issue. Thanks so much!

They did a great job. Could not be happier. Tough scheduling, but they brought extra crew and completed the work in record time. Supervisors kept me informed and answered all my questions.

Shannon was a pleasure to work. He was responsive to my emergency situation- water leaking into house. Instantly (within minutes) came out and tarped my roof and provided cost estimate to replace. Within 3 weeks a had a new roof paid for mostly by insurance co. Workers were amazing clean-up perfect!

Job not completed as promised, although totally paid. One year old paint left stained from roof removal and replacement in rain. Trash not totally removed causing flat tire on car.

It was obvious as they removed the old roof that the original roofer (19 years ago) had not installed what we had agreed upon. High Ridge not only installed what they said they would, I was pleasantly surprised when they installed the water and ice barrier in places other than just the valleys and they cleaned the gutters! High Ridge also did an excellent job protecting a fresh paint job on the house and cleaning up afterward. Everything about High Ridge was superior.
