I recently worked with High Ridge Roofing & Gutters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Their team delivered exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and top‑tier craftsmanship. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my property spotless. The finished roof looks fantastic and feels built to last. I would highly recommend them if you needed a new roof or repairs. They are the BEST!

Outstanding! Everyday they were here exactly at 7:45. The crew went right to work. They had the whole job done in 2 days and it was done perfectly. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my roof and dealing with High Ridge Roofing.

Jon came to inspect our roof and told us no repairs were necessary. We previously paid a lot of money to a different company that ended up being unnecessary so we really appreciate his honesty. If we ever do need roofing repairs, we will absolutely use this company!

They kept to their stated schedule. Cleaned up well, stayed in communication during the project. Because of some damage they found under the old roof, price went up a few thousand dollars... for those repairs. Overall we think they did a good job. It looks good.

High Ridge Construction is excellent in terms of being conscientious of making sure the job is done right. Tim came back to iron out some details related to the job; I wasn't charged extra for that.

Tim Childress gave me a quick and accurate quote and was one of the most competitive bids. The bid price and the final price for the roof was the same... no mistakes or overruns. During the old roof removal, a rainstorm hit and Tim did not leave the property before quickly installing the waterproof underlayment material. As a result, there were no leaks and no damages in the house. What a relief. The project was completed as soon as the weather permitted, and the cleanup of debris was terrific. There was no sign that they had even been there. During this project, I asked Tim to fix some warped fascia boards and rebuild the chimney enclosure. He even painted them both and the cost was only for time and materials. He is a conscientious businessman and a master roofing craftsman. I would hire him again to do any other job, and I would probably skip the process of asking other contractors for bids. I was THAT impressed with him and his work.
