The job was done well. The tech was very knowledgeable and left the work area clean and tidy. The only frustration was that the cleaning was rescheduled multiple times.

The 2 guys were here for 15min total start to finish not sure how that equates to 189.00 over priced for work done. He said it really was fine didn't need cleaning

Very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that they provided before, during and after pictures of cleaning chimney and stove insert. In addition the tightening of door handle was a bonus. I will hire them again.

High Rise Chimney was great to work with. They made a very stressful situation for us much easier to deal with. They were able to get us on their schedule quickly and had the work done in one day. I will definitely hire them again for any chimney/fireplace work we need.
