We have crews with 20+ years of experience and have access to skilled workers in fields such as roofing, gutters, painting, siding, electrical, demolition, and remodeling. We have a location in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Our service areas include Mount Pleasant and surrounding towns. I had a total remodel on my home work started out good, and then gradually went downhill. It was not completed and has not been completed as of today. There was a construction loan for the remodel. Philip all the money and did not finish the job. Put off starting the job for a long period of time this time furniture and all belongings were in three storage buildings. My belongings were in storage for two years and it broke me. I had to move into the house, but he had promised me months and months before that that it would be finished. I told him when I had Movers moving to the house and when we got to the house, the house was not finished. He had been showed the Was doing drawing on when they were not. Wondered

Josh responded to my initial call promptly. He then came to the property and then furnished me with the cost. His employees were timely and polite. Josh kept me advised as to the status of the job on a regular basis. The roof was installed snd is beautiful. Josh is one of the first people I have hired in s long time. He told me what and then kept me up to date. I would use his services any time such work was needed

It is two years later found out that there is holes in my roof and he refused to give me the insurance company water is been seeping through my roof did not put flashing down the side of my walls have water that is warped the siding and he is refusing to give me his insurance or slash says he has no insurance

This customer was not interested in that resolution, only in getting our insurance. While we stand by our work, we obviously regret any dissatisfaction you may have. If there is anyway we can make this right we are more than willing to work with you."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
This contractor left building materials at the job site and failed to pick them up after several attempts to contact. We had to pay for a hauling service to take them away. I am now selling my home and I find out he never did the final inspection so the roof has no permit. I do not know if it will even pass and I can not sell until it does, so I will have to pay for a new inspection and any repairs if it is not up to code since he had had his license revoked. So angry!

"We did submit everything over to the city for the final inspection. However, we never heard back about any problems. This was during the height of Covid, and chances are they were backed up with paperwork. We take full accountability for any oversight in regards to the materials left."

I hired Phillip to replace my roof in East Texas that is used for weekends. He gave me the best quote, was always responsive to my questions and completed the job before some others even got back with me with quotes. Since I wasn't at the house at the time, he sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day. The roof looks great and they did an excellent job with the cleaned up.

they do poor quality craftsmanship make their own design despite the job request steal your money and do not complete the work and do not get permits properly and are not licensed where they did my job as home advisors claim the professionals are. very poor serviced and just cut you off no response to texts or calls and sprint with your money leaving you twice the cost to repair the damage and no money. I have a leaking porch a ramp falling over that my walker will not fit on and home advisors hung up on me and ignored my emails. less than zero respect for both companies! Lawsuit costs are involved if you use either.
