We hà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve lived in our house for the last 20 years and had a persistent leaks that two previous roofing companies failed to repair. It would get repaired and stop the leak for a few years, then would leak again. The problem was even to get someone to work on our house because of the steep pitch. We would get an appointment, then get a call and let us know that looking at Google they could see the pitch of the roof was too steep. Through a referral from a custom home builder was able to talk with Curtis from High Tech Roofing. Their expert employees took off all the concrete tiles in the areas were there were leeks, removed all the calking from the previous roof repair jobs and found the true cause of the leaks. On the front of the house, the original roofer used lead to line the ridge between the stucco and the roof line. The lead sheeting is soft and never would have been used. I saw the pictures of the holes in the lead that had been caulked by the previous roofers. Curtis was there to oversee the job to make sure it was repaired correctly once and for all. Our garage leak had a different root problem from the original builder. This was also repaired and water tested to ensure it was repaired correctly. The incredible part of this story is they gave me a quote before the job started and that is what they charged me even though it took way more time then they thought. Repair was completed in a timely manner and really looks as if it had never been touched. After the repair he inspected the roof and took care of any problems. Did a great job

Explained everything in layman's terms. Had to have SMUD come out to repair their wiring in order to have the job done CORRECTLY. Other roofers didn't even catch that. I've had this tile problem for a couple years and now am confident the roof will last due to the extra effort from Curtis. Thanks Curtis!

Curtis was the first to contact us and he came out right away and attempted to fix the problem, he provided us with 1 yr guarantee to fix the issue if it still hasnt been fixed. Curtis has been back out to the house a second time and fixed the issue with the leak we will continue to work with him on making sure that it is fixed. Very good customer service, value for the money as well. I was pleased with his service and will continue to use him in the future.

Curtis, of High Tech Roofing, inspired confidence and took the time to actually inspect the roof from top to bottom. Despite the substantial damage to eaves and various wood surfaces the entire project was done professionaly and on time. After the city sign-off he came back and retrieved my ladder from the roof top they had left up for the inspector. Overall, a damn nice guy who did a bang-up job.

No need to leave a phone message with this roofing contractor; they actually answer their phones. They were profesional, knowledgeable and responsive. I called to replace a broken cement time on my roof, prior to a large storm. I described the tile over the phone, and they showed up on time the next day with an assortment of tiles. One of them matched my roof perfectly. While they were on my roof, they performed a roof inspection and glued a loose tiles. All said, I am very satisfied with High Tech roofing, I would definitely use them again.
