Prepped yard for pool/pavers/turf and planted birds of paradise. Less than 3 yrs later I have complete privacy in back yard!

Ryan Taylor (High Tide Landscaping)did Quite a few jobs for us at our vacation home. (Yard work)We paid him $3200 for our water softener project and we kept getting reasons why it wasn't getting done and would change the install date multiple times. He already collected money for our fence project and we chose the fence company online that we wanted with the specific material and all. (Slipfence from Slipfence.com) We trusted Ryan to purchase the correct material and do the correct job. Material was $36,400 for the material for the fencing. Ryan had some material delivered to my property and it has sat there for over 3 months. Found out he purchased decking boards to save money and pocket the rest. Ryan stopped being in touch with us and gave us the run around with being sick. Come to find out, Ryan went behind our backs and purchased $26,100 worth of material from Lowes. He pocketed $8,800 for the fence and $3200 water softener. I WOULD NEVER USE HIM! BEWARE OF THIS GUY AND HIS SCAM

Ryan is very good. You just have to be willing to wait. Heâ s worth the wait! I highly recommend HighTide Landscaping.

Did not finish the job. Damaged the house and did not say anything. Refuses to talk to me about it.

I would give Ryan a 5.0 on the work performed. The lower rating is about not meeting the committments for receiving the estimate and arriving at the designated time to do the work. His lateness was explained; however, a text message or phone call to give me a heads up would ve been greatly appreciated and I could ve taken care of other things.

Ryan was great to work with and super flexible. The guys were great and respectful of my property and my neighbors property. We talked through every aspect and made me feel like I was their only project. I would recommend them to friends and family and would use them again if needed.

They have great customer service. The price was lower (much lower) than their competitors and the work was top-notch. Will use them again and highly recommend.
