Keith, the owner is honest and he does the right thing for his customers. He will do what ever you need done and lets you pave the way as to how much or how little you want done and no matter how busy he is, he always answers his phone. I highly recommend High Tide Pool Service.

Usually if I am told a service crew will show up on Wednesday, I expect them on Friday. Not the case with High Tide Pool Service. They show up on the day they tell you they will be there which is not the norm for most service type businesses. I don't know why we didn't use a pool service before but this is the best money I ever spent. Very satisfied with their service.

Keith really knows what he is talking about. He shot straight with me and told me the truth. I initially planned to do my own pool maintenance but decided to have them do it based in expertise and the reasonable cost.
