Communication was poor. We were not given a courtesy call stating when they were starting, resulting in a big mess to clean up from removi g skylights. Also a portion of the facia along the pool enclosure was not replaced and I was told that they do not work with pool enclosure. I did not chose the lowest cost and I still have work to do myself to complete the job. I guess I chose poorly.

Folks, lets get real. Metal roofs are only as good as the expertise and experience of the roofer's whom install them. We bought our house two years ago with a lifetime standing seam metal roof. It leaked, folks. Not a good installation. (Nothing to do with the hardworking folks at High Tower.) Feeling very anxious about metal roofs, after doing intense research, we started getting estimates for shingle roofs. After getting 3 estimates from very researched companies locally, we chose High Tower Roofing because 2 different folks, whose opinion we respect, recommended them highly. Guess what? High Tower estimate was as competitive as our associates had told us! We found out the number of squares on our roof and calculated a price range for how much it should cost to install a lifetime shingle roof. High Tower Roofing was fair in their pricing, according to national averages, for the state of Florida. Maybe it is because Robbie Sanger cares so much about people and works so hard to be a good Christian man, but he was fair in his pricing and does not try to gouge his customers when they are vulnerable to spending such a large chunk of precious income. Also, he walked and inspected our poor beleaguered standing seam roof and explained why it was leaking. (After being disenchanted with our pre-existing metal roof, we chose to go with high quality lifetime shingles.) Robbie very patiently explained everything his crew would do to make sure our new roof would really be a lifetime roof. (and what would be done at all the really leak vulnerable areas to ensure that the current leaks would be a thing of the past.) Now, I am probably an irritating customer, but he was patient and answered all my questions and stopped in on the work site several times to check on the progress and made sure high standards were upheld. It is very clear that Mr. Sanger is a very busy man. He has a family to raise, employees to take care of, and lots of customers to satisfy. We found that he did his dead level best to make us feel confident and secure in both the process and outcome of getting a new roof. He truly does care about his customers. Which again, may explain why High Tower bid was in line with national averages on roofs in Florida! (I cannot say that about the other two estimates! :-(Our job manager was Mike Stambaugh, and he followed up on all the suggestions Robbie made with the crew and was often on the site for quality control. Our High Tower crew was incredibly diligent, hardworking, and we felt we had great communication with them, even with some language barriers. It was clear that they took pride in doing a good job, correctly. We were asked if we had questions about anything quite a few times! Here is a shout out to Samuel and Eugenio! Also, a shout out to Mandy, Ashley, and Jody in the High Tower offices! They were incredibly patient and helpful from beginning to end. Fantastic communication. I cannot speak to others experiences, but we are giving Hightower Roofing a 5 Star rating and feel that it was hard-earned and very well-deserved. This company told what to expect when to expect it and everything went very smooth great job

High Tower Roofing and their partner High Tower Restoration replaced my roof after hail damage. The roof leaks to this day and Mr. Sanger said his partner didn't pay him so he I have no guarantee. My phone calls go unanswered. To add insult to injury he put a lien on my house for over $12,000 after my insurance paid $20,000.

From the initial visit with the CEO, Robbie Sanger, to the roofing team led by Michael Stambaugh, to the High Tower Roofing office staff, this company exceeded my expectations. Robbie’s servant-hearted leadership style and down-to-earth Christian character clearly sets a business culture for a strongly principled and client-focused brand. High Tower Roofing was impressively priced at what I believe was a very fair value - not to mention their willingness to extend a generous Military Veteran’s discount in honor of my wife’s service in the Navy. They started my roof job within the timeframe they originally estimated and they were on the job hustling day-in and day-out until it was done. Any ticky-dot final inspection fixes that I asked them to conduct were done in a reasonable amount of turnaround time without a peep of pushback from their leadership team. Additionally, an admin snafu that could’ve easily (and rightfully) cost me more out of pocket expenses was handled with a ton of grace and professionalism on Mandy Sanger and her staff’s part. This business utterly epitomizes great quality, customer service, and overall value, and I highly recommend them accordingly.
