Higham Construction, was one of the best contractors that we had ever used. They did the the demolition of our old deck and installed a brand new deck at our home. From the initial phone call, to the quoting stage, to the installation, their service and quality was top-notch. Bill was very responsive and quickly to follow up and answer any questions we had during the process of our new deck. I would highly recommend this contractor and I intend to use them for future projects.

Bill Higham and his crew were consummate professionals. They executed a major repair of our large Trex deck that had been had been improperly built (inadequate foundation) just three years ago. Communication was clear and ongoing, costs were explained, and the outcome is just what we had been hoping for. This company is a pleasure to work with and their work product is outstanding!

Wow! What an amazing job they just did on our deck. So impressed. Bill was very professional and walked us every step of the way and helped us tremendously with our budget. Everything from planning to communication to tearing out the old deck to building the new one was fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly. Will definitely use them for future projects. So happy.

Bill Higham and his crew just replaced our 16 year old deck boards with new wood and replaced old wooden posts and railings with new vinyl ones. Their attention to detail is amazing (cutting complicated contours in deck boards, mitering corners on deck banding and finishing it off with a beautifully framed trellis panel skirt), for example. He delivers what he promises. He is friendly, honest, reliable, easy to work with and reasonable in his pricing. He goes above and beyond and stands behind his work 100%. We highly recommend Higham Construction!

In all the contractors I have worked with during the building of my current home, Higham Construction was by far the best. 100% reliable. Very fair pricing. Work quality and professionalism by far exceeded my expectations. I have the best deck on the block and everyone that sees it comments on what a nice job Bill and his crew did. Bill Higham was the only designer that offered options (like lights) and creative deck design ideas(like varying shapes instead of the boring old "big square" shaped deck).
