While Rick was was personally very professional and respectful, it took 3 weeks to get my dryer fixed. Since we live farther out in a rural area, he was unable to return promptly when it took several tries to diagnose the correct part. I had to wait for his schedule to bring him out this way again. It was also difficult to reach the office - voice mail did not pick up after many rings. Calls were not returned promptly when follow up information was requested (i.e. when would the next ordered part be brought to our house). Finally the correct part was installed 3 days before I was leaving for vacation. The dryer is still not completely right.

Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 2 minutes. Just charged for a service call, and rearranged his schedule so he could see me that day rather than waiting for two days (where I had originally made my appointment).

I decided to call them before they contacted me. The person on the phone was very friendly. I told him what was wrong with my washing machine and he instantly knew what part was needed. He called a tech that was near my house to see if he had that part with him, he did and it was fixed the same day. Quick, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

I believe this was the first outdoor natural gas grill this company or this technician had ever installed. It took a while, but they got it right. If I had an appliance to install, I would consider this company. But if I were to install another grill, I would call a hearth and grill store for installation or recommendations.
