Inspected. No report. Claimed he would refund money—NO REFUND.

Two days late with inspection report. Could not use the inspection to negotiate a lower price for items that were wrong with the house. When the company looked at furnace and checked heat exchanger was putting out excessive heat should have advised that there was a heat exchanger leak of burnt gas. Going to cost me thousands of dollars to replace furnace even with home warranty. Men are too young to inspect a century home.

It took over a week before I received my home inspection. It took days before I got a hold of the inspector and I still had to keep calling to get my report.

BEWARE OF ERIC FABIAN. HE IS DISHONEST AND TWO-FACED. He has abandoned my project and just demands more money even though he knows he is not entitled to it per the contract. Now he is ignoring my phone calls, e-mails, and texts. He can pretend to be very nice but he is really dishonest. BEWARE.

Eric was very prompt, reasonable an thorough. His price was the best of those who contacted me through Home Advisor. I was certainly recommend him.

Eric went out of his way to do this home inspection for us. He personally came and took care of all of our questions and concerns. The report was extremely thorough and made it very clear what needed to be addressed if we were to purchase the house. Eric showed us the issues around the house and answered any and all questions I had including calling at the conclusion of the roof inspection and the radon testing. I really appreciated his concern for detail and ultimately saved my fiance and I from a money pit in the long run. Thank you HSPS, it was worth the money to deal through this company.

Did an excellent job of pointing out the problems found.

There were a lot of good things. The price was good and a limited warranty on couple of things they inspected if it w as in good condition. They were fast to get in and do the inspection and friendly. I went through them to get someone to fix my main beam and they did that for me.

We contacted Eric to do our home inspection and are so happy with everything he did. Excellent work the inspection report very detailed great pictures and he was always prompt both in contacting us and his work. We live states away and relied on him and communication to finalize the the purchase of our home. One can not go wrong hiring Eric GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

Eric, was awesome. I cannot get the system to let ne change inspection. But was not home inspection. It was for mold testing. And then wanted to make sure not radion (sp?) Gas. Which he found a problem that could be releasing this gas. He called me on a SUNDAY, sd could be there in hour if want checked. I had basically given up called so many and the testing was outrageous!! Esp,when advertised free inspection. Anyway told me what he does, very extensive check, and price. I really was not sure believed him. He came took time checked everything and more!. Very pleasant, very courteous, I enjoyed talking to him, he explained everything doing and what the side effects could be, how dangerous certain things were others not but could still cause non life threatening things, allergies, headachrs,fatigue,etc. I RECOMMEND THEM 110%. COST I GURANTEE WOULD BEAT ANYONES PRICE, AND DOES MORE WORK THEN MOST. CANNOT BEAT THEM. CALL THEM PROMISE YOU WOULDN'T BE DISAPPOINTED. THANKS ERIC. NOT MANY COMPANIES LIKE YOURS ANY MORE. ITS JUST ALL ABOUT MONEY, BUT UR COMPANY IS NOT LIKE THAT U TRULY CARE AND WANT TO HELP. I CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE WHAT SOMEONE WOULD OF CHARGED ME TO COME OUT ON A SUNDAY!!!
