Service was excellent, The Owner was professional and knowledgeable about the job, and a great individual.

Highland was quick to respond and very professional. After a bad storm hit our area there were a lot of down trees, alot of tree removal companies were overwhelmed with calls, some didn't return my calls or if they did they said they were coming by my house and never did. I had a tree on my garage, parts of my house and on my camper. Highland called me back almost immediately and was here the very next morning.

Massive wind storm left lots of damage. Highland tree service got back to me quickly. Started work early the next morning. Work was done quickly and thoroughly. Highly professional team. They had all the experience and equipment to get the tricky difficult job done. Totally five star.

They cleaned up, didn't leave debris. I would give them 150 stars. Very impressed.

My home was damaged by the August 11, 2026 storm and I am a disabled Gary Indiana resident. John from Highland Tree Services and his crew did an excellent and efficient job of cleaning up the huge tree limbs and debris from the storm. They were on time and remove debris expeditiously. Shannon came out in the morning to assess the tree condition & determined that it needed to be removed. Her crew came out the very same day. They did a great job with the removal as well as the cleanup. The crew was very friendly and and professional. Sue & I were very pleased with their work. I will more than likely have them back in the fall to do some trimming. I would definitely recommend them.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Made some good recommendations and went above and beyond to help with taking down the trees after the hurricane. The team was very hard working and got the job done in a very timely manner.
