Recently, I had a new central AC installed by Milano and Adams HVAC, The main reason I called Them was the Excellent reviews given by their customers. They lived up to their reviews and exceeded my expectations. Joseph Milano, the owner, is very professional, helpful, direct, and candid, he takes ownership of every detail throughout the project and spares no effort to please the customer. High quality material was used, great work was performed at a reasonable price. The installation technician was neat, and courteous. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Joe.

Joe was very punctual. Always returned calls quickly and they came when they said they would. He gave me multiple options for me to choose from. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. Workers were respectful of my house. I would recommend them to friends. **UPDATE**!!! 5/27/21 The AC stopped working the 1st hot day. Why? Joe never pressures tested the AC lines and we lost all freon due to a leak. His lead tech (Marlon, nice guy but really a subcontractor) worked initially on the hot water and furnace which work well but the AC was Joe and his helper. Joe quickly became the contractor you hear about on the news that you cannot reach anymore after they get paid and you have trouble. Joe stopped answering calls and rarely responded to texts, and lies when he did. When Marlon finally came over to fix Joes faulty install, Joe texted saying they will be over the next day to fix it... AS HIS TECH IS IN FRONT OF ME FIXING IT! Joe obviously does not keep in touch with his clients OR workers. Go elsewhere, I would not recommend Milano and Adam HVAC.

The perfect experience. Perfectionist cleanliness and prompt - a job well done Joe the owner is a perfect gentleman and a man of his word and his employees Johnny and Joe are caring considerate and they absolutely know what they are doing. I hired them on Thursday for an unbelievable price and the job (which consisted of installing a new furnace and water heater) was done on Friday. If you need home improvement look no further. They are the best and I am one happy customer. Thank you.

Joe and crew were knowledgeable, courteous and knew what they were doing when installing my AC UNIT along with the machine the AIR HANDLER that needed to go in the attic and did it in the specified time I would definitely hire them again

It has been a long time since I was pleasantly surprised with how pleasant, accommodating and professional this company was. They came when they said they would, came back to do the job the next day and I was unable to get into my tenants apartment to test the heating system so he asked if I could so the following day so he could sign off on the job. He did not mean that literally he meant it so that he knew the job was done to my satisfaction.

I called a company a guy came down, looked at my furnace and said, â Oh itâ s gonna b a big job hard to reach about $800-$900â . I called HOME ADVISOR n they connected me with JOE from MILANO. Friendly courteous n honest, he had the fan motor removed in less than 5mins n charged $400 or half the price of the other company. Being a senior, n use to getting ripped off, u can trust Joe from MILANO. I highly recommend them

I added a new second floor addition to my house so I needed a air conditioning system installed in my attic. The installed a brand new system in my attic ductwork and registers into every room on the second floor. Job came out immaculate.my house is freezing now I couldnâ t be happier with the job.
