Highlands Home Services LLC came in to work on replacing our bathroom stone tile flooring with lovely wood laminate flooring. The job became much more than we expected when we discovered rot under the stone tiles we were replacing. Highlands Home Services LLC went above and beyond the call of duty. Shelby is multi-talented, very friendly, knowledgeable, creative, and trustworthy. He took his time and was thorough and meticulous with his work on our bathroom. We discovered floor rot under the stone tiles that were to be removed to make way for the remodel to laminate wood. Shelby thoroughly cleared and cleaned out all the parts of the rotted flooring and rebuilt our bathroom floor from the studs up. He also re-seated the new toilet and pedestal sink we had purchased, and he repainted and put up the trim to complete the job. Our bathroom looks fantastic! My husband and I can't say enough about Shelby and Highlands Home Services LLC. Very well informed of what work would be done , bought new microwave and the new vent and old one wouldnâ t line up at all, Shelby got it all hooked up, correctly, works like a dream, also installed a new dryer vent, properly, was not before, also fixed some electrical outlets, that had gone bad, work he has done for me has been excellent, highly recommend Highlands Home Services LLC
