I hired this company to fabricate and install a 30-foot bi-swinging gate, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Right away, I noticed the post was crooked, the welds did not look strong, and the wooden boards were not installed straight. These were not minor cosmetic issues. They were obvious workmanship problems on a large custom gate that should have been built correctly from the start. Only two weeks later, the gate failed and fell, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new install. What made it worse was the lack of urgency afterward. They knew my gate was busted, but instead of treating it like a serious issue, they prioritized other clients ahead of me. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship, installation quality, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
