Jose and his team arrived in time this morning to replace our fireplace bricks. They were damaged after 23 years of use. Jose and his team worked efficiently and left the fireplace area clean. The price was very reasonable! Exceptional customer service and work!

Scheduling was easy, technicians and office staff were friendly and responsive. Only issue was mess in the basement during the re-line. Tech failed to seal off the basement flue when second tech was working on the roof. However, the company sent a second crew to clean up most of the debris. We still had to thoroughly clean the basement after the job, but otherwise we were satisfied with this company.

Some issues with the office passing on information to the technicians, but Mark is very knowledgeable, friendly and qualified. Determined that chimney was too far gone for cleaning, and explained the need for a re-line. Work was complete according to schedule.

They came into our home at the appointed time, checked our fireplace insert and found a crack that was covered under warranty, took pictures and worked with the stove company to replace it, installed the insert, installed a liner in our chimney, did work on the top of our chimney and installed a new cap... all this is a very short time. Very professional and courteous and final product turned out great. They did a fantastic job and left no mess. The office staff kept in touch with us and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and they will be the company I call when I need anything done to my chimney in the future.
