Very friendly, prompt service (later the same day). The guys got right to work turbo-jetting my drain and had a very cost effective solution to a broken clean out pipe. They were thorough and solved my problem. Price was the same as others for the same work - I would say reasonable.

We own a rental property and I contacted Highsmith to give us an estimate. They scheduled a time to go out and on the date they were suppose to give us an estimate I found out they performed the work based on the authorization of the tenant. We never received a quote for the services just a notice from Phylis that they dealt directly with the tenant and he told them do do the work when they were specifically told by us not to deal with the tenant as he in the past has tried to pretend he is the homeowner. When I questioned Phylis as to why they did the work without our authorization knowing we are the homeowner, she stated the tenant told them to do the work. Not a professional way to of running a business.
