The project drug was on for 18 months with no end in sight. He talked us into releasing 70% of the funds to order materials. Materials were never ordered. We asked over and over for proof of purchase. We got a lawyer involved in hopes that the materials we would pay for would show up. We gave up and emptied our savings to buy flooring and get it installed with a different person. He claimed he would pay us back but that never happened. Finally realized that if we ever wanted to have a finished house it would need to be with a new contractor. Unfortunately, we lost about $80,000 and will never know where that huge sum of money we gave him went. Very devastating

Chris is great. His crew is very friendly and cleans up after themselves. The people who have seen it have asked who my contractor was.
