Cleaned the screen in porch but did not clean my foundation and ruined all my door hardware.

"We were hired to wash the vinyl siding, customer asked about removing the red dirt from the foundation. We told her it was a separate charge because it requires a rust removal chemical. She did not want to pay anything more. Also, she wanted some concrete slabs cleaned, again told her it was a separate charge and she said no. We cleaned what she agreed to on the estimate. She even told my employee how happy she was about the exterior house cleaning. Very difficult customer to work with. 7-8 months later wants her money back."

I really like the owner of this company, honest and cares about the work done. They showed up on time, did a very detailed cleaning of all windows and screens. When finished, the windows were so clean you could barely see the glass. I highly recommend Hill City Pro Wash, they did a great job and were very professional.

He did a good job. He had to come back to correct something and he did so when he said he would. So, all in all, I think it was a positive experience.
