I am waiting for him to return my money. He said he sent it this week. When I get it, I submit my review, to Home Advisor . Ok today is Friday. He said he would send it on Tuesday. I text a few min. ago . Received a text back, saying, " I'm out working right now I haven't had a chance to talk to my secretary to find out what's going on as soon as I do I'll let you know . Today is Monday and he has not returned ,my money or calls. I final got my money back, after I got the Police involed and then he wanted to put me off untill the end of the month. I finaly got him to see that I ment busyness. Mike is not to be trusted. His word is not good.

Mike was very courteous showed up on time and very knowledgeable and did a good job

Agreed upon certain projects, or a specified sum of money. He left before the projects were completed, and kept all the payment, and very difficult to schedule a revisit to finish the work he did not complete.

He arrived on time and spent lots of time diligently sanding our bridge where the stain had worn down to nothing. He used high quality seal (Thompsons).

Misdiagnosed the problem - then ordered the part but never followed up. Got the runaround when I tried to track him down.

Mike was prompt (one time early) and courteous. He did the work in a timely fashion. I had booked him to balance my front loading washing machine, which is tough to do. And I wanted him to change the gasket in the door. I had ordered the wrong part so he phoned the part supply company and made sure I ordered the right one because the order numbers are tricky. Now there's no stinky washer, no leaks and it spins like it's supposed to. I also gave him a "Oh by the way" type project at the last minute of taking down a ceiling fan in one room and putting it up in another. He was happy to do it. I'm happy.
