He built some walls that look straight and the texture looks good. The overall layout of the floorplan is just as I requested. However, I did have a short list of urgent items that were not completed such as having an operational bathroom and wiring in the house. I am sure I was billed for work that was not done & his plan seemed to be to leave these urgent items incomplete in order to stretch the job out for as long as possible (this is at least my perception). He underbid the other contractor I got a quote from, but ended up higher and extended the job until I finally had to quit the project and move my family into an incomplete house.

I think job was too big for him and he was talking bigger that his skill. and he underbid. We had to let him go, he was late or did not show up at all. When challenged on workmanship he would get very defensive. He is very argumentative. Material was not quality I would not recommend. He had excuses after excuses
