We contacted Brad Bolin regarding our roof leaking as Hill Country Roofing had installed our roof. It only leaked under certain conditions. It had to be heavy rain with heavy wind. It had leaked since it was installed but we were never in town when it leaked until this year. We could always see there was a problem when we returned home but could never identify where the problem was. Once we identified that it was the roof we contacted him. Since Brad purchased this company from his grandfather who had installed the roof he said he would work with us on it. But then he refused to return our phone calls. Since it was a Mueller Roof, we contacted them. Apparently, the pads that prevent rain from entering from the crown were never installed. We purchased the pads from Mueller and contacted Brad to see about installing them. He refused to return our phone calls. My husband installed them in about 4 hours. He is 72 years old and had no business being on the roof at his age. Since the roof was out of warranty he refused to work with us even though it was their error.

Completed work after reviewing the job, they did it in time and after finishing they cleaned-up, they gave us a cense of satisfaction.

Completed replacing shingles in a little over one half of the day. Cleanup and trash removal was top notch. I was well pleased with the work and cost.

There were no unexpected adds to the original estimate. The roof was old and in very rough shape. I was advised in advance about possibly needing some new decking. The potential additional expense was explained before repairs started. The work was done timely and professionally.

This was a replacement of a very old metal roof. Hill Country Roofing had some problems with their supplier so there was a delay in completing the roof, but they made sure we were "dry" during the interim. In general, the project was completed without any inconvenience to us. They did a good job of cleaning up the old roofing and the detritus associated with roofing projects. In all it was a very pleasant experience.

This company was referred to me through Home Advisor. All contact with Hill Country Roofing was very professional. The estimate was fair and reasonable unlike the other bids that I received. The replacement standing seam roof quality far exceeds the builders install. They were here when they said they would be and finished the replacement roof on time. Thanks Guys. A job well done!
