1st impression good, long talk about being in business for oneself. Told him, "just treat your customers well and you will be successful". He did the 1st half of the 2 part job satisfactorily, despite one no show, then, 2nd half of job: He called the day before to confirm arrival time (9AM) . We prepped the bath for 2 hours, isolating with plastic sheeting for the jackhammer dust, then no show, no call. Rec'd. text from his wife an hour past the start time saying he was not coming (got home late). I asked that he get some sleep, then start after lunch. She promised a call. No call yet 3 days later. Rude, inconsiderate, not to be trusted.

After submitting my information online I received a phone call within 10 minutes. Talked to Greg Hill and scheduled an appointment for est. The price was good, and Greg had the job finished in a very short period of time. The quality of hardware was good and the job was neatly done without any mess clean up. Greg was very polite and understanding, I give "Hill Family Plumbing" a 5-star because of the outstanding job.
