The excellence provided included a tremendous effort to shovel out the deck in front of the front door which was at least 4 feet high and had sat there for about 5 days, so it was iced in and very difficult to shovel out. He spent 3 hours shoveling and always had a smile and nice comments. He was very informative and I would hire him again without any qualms.

Dan Hill called on Fri. I explained need for repair on entryway deck step. He came out same afternoon, advised approx cost and said he would ensure he had supplies and would call to set up time. He called on Mon, did work quickly and professionally and cost was best of three estimates. I plan to use again and recommend.

Dan was great to work with. He even dealt directly with my tenants to get access to their apartment and worked around their schedules. His work was excellent. I appreciate his friendly attitude and ability to do such an array of things! He was my one stop for getting my building ready to sell it. He was also very available if I had questions, or needed further work done. Dan is also very fair priced. I would recommend him to friends for sure.

Dan, the owner, responded quickly and was available the same day. When delayed by prior job, he called promptly and kept me informed on his progress, which allowed me to plan my day accordingly. Explained what he was doing and even helped to put curtains on rod and make adjustments as needed. He knows what he's doing, doesn't get into situations above his expertise, charges a fair price. Would definately rehire!
