Suzie cares a lot about doing a good job cleaning houses or offices for a fair price. She is responsive to problems and respectful of client cleaning preferences. She takes the time and effort to make extra touches and find products or equipment to help with unique cleaning needs. There are always scheduling challenges when dealing with individual cleaners (as opposed to multi-person businesses that have more flexibility and coverage in case of injury or illness). Suzie does better than most at managing these, but, again, sometimes flexibility is important for everyone. I wish she had not moved; we have missed her thoroughness and good cheer! If you like to support businesses run by family members of the military, she is a military spouse.
