The whole experience was great. The installers showed up the next day, spent the whole day doing the install and demonstrating the new system for my wife. They included the Nest thermostat and programmed it. They met my price demands without any hassle.

My pro. (Wesley Floyd) was very prompt with the appointment, he explained to me just what he would do, how he would do it, and the approximate amount of time the job would take along with the cost. His workmanship was superb. After he finished he cleaned up the area and presented his bill. Which was fair. I recommend the above professional. With an excellent rating.

We had a plugged toilet and some of sewer pipe. John advised that it was the sewer pipe problem. I thought that it was a vent stack clog and he thought it was sewer pipe only problem. John told us the expense to replace the pipe which was the only solution for his company. I told him that this pipe had been working for 20 years and then he showed us a DIY solution to the problem and then tested it out for us and showed that it would work that way. So we paid him the $70 initial visit fee and was very glad for his expertise.

There was some miscommunication early on with making an appointment and appointment times, along with a transposed address number on their end, which made the electrician show up to the wrong address. But after getting that corrected, the electrician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to fit the work in the same day/time as the estimate, so that was a bonus! He worked quickly and the work he did is excellent, which outweighs the earlier mishaps with the scheduling. I would recommend this company.

beautiful job, color coded the hot and cold water with sections of pipe, looked like a work of art. They also did an excellent job on the A/C service as well.
