We are locally owned, licensed, insured, and bonded. Hills operates out of Limestone, TN and serves homeowners in the Greeneville, Kingsport, Johnson City and the surrounding east TN communities. I have 30 years of hands-on experience in applying construction practices in both the residential and commercial sectors; as well as the equally important skills of faithful management and friendly customer service.
