Unbelievably Incompetent and Unethical?Do NOT Hire! This job was delayed 10 days, then became a catastrophe when the crew dropped the tree directly onto my house, causing extensive, structural damage. The contractor then abandoned the cleanup for three weeks, saying he had spent too much time on the job. We agreed I would withhold final payment until my house was fixed. Two days after the three-week delayed cleanup, he emailed demanding immediate payment, claiming he "looked up the law" and I had no right to hold the funds. This is a clear breach of our agreement and shows stunning bad faith. His insurance refused to start the claim until he paid his deductible, forcing me to use my own policy. He never checked on repairs; his only follow-up was a message confirming he finally paid his deductible a week later. Avoid this contractor at all costs.

Cebaschian removed over 40 bags of leaves from my front and back yards, removed all sticks and any debris that had flown in. He also cleaned out all of the gutters of the entire house. He was courteous, arrived early and worked until he was finished. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
