The yard drainage work was done well at a reasonable price. But the grass reseeding and the leveling wasn't done properly leaving the impacted areas uneven with poor grass growth. Tried reaching out several times to get the issue resolved but never got a response.

Peter is a true professional. Very responsive, returned my calls, price was reasonable and completed the demolition of my shed when he said he would. Put top soil and grass seeds, and left the area very clean. Will use Hilltop Design Landscaping any day anytime.

When using Homeadvisor we had I think 4 Pros recommended but only two seemed to really do the work we wanted. The solution to the primary drainage effort by the two was similar. The reason we chose Hilltop initially is they were willing and appeared capable to do three projects: deflect downspouts away from house, repair/replace driveway drain, reslope driveway. The process from contract receipt, through the making of some changes, to engaging the firm was quick. The work was done quickly and cleanly. We thought Peter was creative, flexible, customer focused and quality oriented. Finally he was hands on which we have seen in other home projects work, makes a difference. We haven't had any rain yet but the job contracting and completion process was very thorough, smooth and professionally executed. Recommend.

WOW- Pete and his team did an amazing job with the landscaping / redesign of our front yard/walks/patio and we highly recommend! We talked with other landscapers that either had no clue what they were talking about, provided crazy estimates or had no insurance!! Pete stopped over and from the get go, was up front and had loads of ideas!! They transformed the look of our house in such a positive way!! Every morning when we're walking to the car, or every time someone stops by and mentions how good everything looks, it is such a good feeling and reassurance that we made the right choice.

I worked directly with Peter at Hilltop Landscaping to remove an inground pool and shed in our backyard as well as do landscaping around the yard. He is a very knowledgable and trustworthy person. His staff is hard working and very capable. This job required a lot of heavy machinery to remove the 35 year old concrete pool and to regrade. There was minor damage done to the driveway with the weight of the trucks, but it was fixed quickly and without any additional costs. I would definitely recommend Hilltop Landscaping for jobs like this and general landscaping projects. I will use them in the future for landscpaing work that we require.

Pete provided us with a fair estimate for our drainage problem. Came up with a solution that was workable. Since it entailed digging up the lawn, Hilltop carefully dug a trench, peeling back the lawn, laying the pipes, and replacing the grass as carefully as they dug it up. I was left with a perfect lawn with no visable damage, the drainage issue has been fixed and we are completely satisfied. Most importantly to me was that there was no payment due until the job was completed and he extended us an additional courtesy so that we could be sure the drainage issue was resolved and that we were satisfied. The had the best price out of all the companies that we met with. They ripped through a mini forest in my yard. I was amazed at the amount of work done in just 8 hours. I will gladly use them again.
