A simple backyard privacy fence took 6 weeks. While we waited 3 of our neighbors, all using different companies, had their fences completed. We were given multiple reasons for mistakes and multiple reasons why it was taking so long. We never knew when they would show up or for how long they would work. Our estimate did not have measurements or figures on it. When I asked for an itemized statement I was told they would not provide that to me. They left 12 deep holes in our yard not bothering to fill them in. A cargo hauler and heavy equipment were left in our yard and driveway for days without asking. We also had to pick up plenty of cigarette butts that were flicked around the yard and stuck in the fence. Only 1 of the 3 gates they constructed works properly. We will fix the gates ourselves as we do not want Hilltop Home Services back at our house. These are only a few of the complaints with this company. Save yourself the headaches and run around and hire a different company.

I found this company on Angie's list. I actually live in San Francisco. I moved mom and dad home shortly after dad got pretty sick about 3 years ago. Dad eventually passed away. He kept the house in up with all of the repairs and so forth. I needed to have the French doors replaced and some of the siding replaced on the house in deridder. I contacted them and scheduled an appointment for them to meet my uncle at the house to see what needed to be done. They met and I was sent a quote. I traveled to deridder to have the work done. I am completely satisfied and will use Hilltp Home Services from this point forward. I can trust them and the work was done perfectly. Their pricing was reasonable and the work was professionally done.

Hilltop Home Services did many types of jobs for us that included a kitchen and bathroom. The work exceeded our expectations and we are 100% satisfied with the work. They also placed beams and enclosed our living room and changed the entire look. Again, we were very happy. Every job started was done timely but what impressed us was they went beyond what was agreed upon-just doing a little extra to make our home special. They were prompt and always professional. The prices were fair which was important to us. We give these guys 5+ stars for craftsmanship, timeliness and professionalism !!! But what impressed us above all else was the consideration shown to us. Having your home remodeled is difficult and stressful with the mess and people in and out, but they went above to make it as easy on us as possible. That kind of consideration is just hard to find and for that I wish there was a 10 star rating. Thank you Hilltop for all the work you did and making our home so nice.

I would love to send pictures, he got 2,800. For some sheetrock and paint and snapping and floor in,we had to take down and redo 93% of everything he touched.

Hilltop Home Services is an excellent business which provides excellent service. His prices is reasonable and his work is super great. His customer services skills are above and beyond what you normally get from a business like this. They show up on time and finished the work in a reasonable time frame. I will be hiring Hilltop Home Services for many, many more of our home upgrade projects.

They called less than 5 minutes when I first when on Home Advisor. They came out THAT evening and gave us a very fair quote. They came back the NEXT day and started the job. We decided to hire them for two jobs. One at my brothers and one at mine. Very professional and polite. Does thorough work. Would HIGHLY recommend and we will be using them again.
