Hilton Head Garage Doors

Our new garage door is PERFECT in color and design. The hardest part was waiting almost three months for the factory to deliver it-- due to COVID of course.. Then after it was installed we found out that a 7' chain trolley rail needed to be replaced in order for the automatic garage door opener to work. They also ordered and replaced the 7' chain trolley rail that was broken. They took the old door and and parts away.

This company provided wonderful service. I Called for an estimate. They informed of an active life time warranty on garage door openers. Let me know what and how to order part. And gave me an installation estimate. I called them when I received the part and they installed it 2 days later. This was 5 star service. Other companies required you to order and pay for part thru them even though it was under warranty.

Actual cost was higher than the estimate even though no more was done than I asked initially.

They did what they said needed to be done and when it would be done

Excellent customer service!! The garage door spring broke Thursday night and Shelly called Friday morning to see if my car was stuck inside the garage. It was outside so they came on Saturday when I was off work to let them in and Craig was on time and very friendly and professional.

This is a wonderful Veteran friendly company. The technician was courteous and very effective. A pleasure to deal with.

Appreciated their promptness!

Great experience from speaking with Shelley and Tyler in the office to Pete who searched for exactly the garage door we wanted to Scott, Mike, and Hector who collectively had a hand installing or servicing our fantastic new garage door. Weâ re very pleased in every way with the professional and polite manner in which each person conducted himself. We not only will use them for servicing our door but will also recommend them.

They have one of the best garages for the money. Much better quality and price than their competitors

Nada

They were open to slot me in quickly..the day after I called!! They were prompt which I really appreciated. They were very efficient: identified the problem, repair it and was gone within 30 mins.

These guys were the second contractor I asked to service estimate this job. They were prompt courteous professional and only replaced what needed replacement, in contrast to the first company which I contacted, who, after a 5 minute inspection suggested I replace everything but the door. Happily I was able to keep $800 in my account rather than giving it to another garage door company on the island!

They are amazing, my service right from the first phone call was handled professionally they did everything they said they were going to do, the rates are reasonable if not better than most, they were on time finish the job properly and left me a very happy customer.

Good job done Iâ d use again and recommend them to others!
