Quoted a fixed price and only accepted payment at the end of the move. They showed up a bit late, but loaded everything quickly and well. No damage to the houses. Everything arrived damage-free -- not even scuff marks or minor blemishes that I've had before. For a move from Seattle to Marysville, they arrived at 10:30 and were finished unloading by 3 pm. Efficient, respectful, and great value for money.

I've hired Hing and his crew to pack & move a 1.5 bedroom apartment.Hing was very responsive. The estimate was verbal, and we went over all that needs to be done (he also mentioned that I'm expected to tip the movers). I made sure to show him both the original and the destination, so there won't be any surprises (as the destination was on the third floor). It did affect the price. During the move, Hing said that we missed something small during the evaluation and asked me to raise the payment for the additional work, which I didn't like. They brought the packing materials, which was great, and everything arrived OK (nothing broke or anything like that). They didn't label the boxes, so in the end the wrong boxes arrived to the wrong rooms, which was a bit annoying. They missed some of the things while packing (nothing major). Overall, his crew was very nice and professional. and the move was relatively painless. Not giving 5 stars because of the price thing and the labeling of the boxes.

I think that they underbid my job but they did excellent work with a good attitude.

The estimate and what needed to be done were purely verbal. I would appreciate it if a written bid were presented and the cash only + tip requirement included beforehand. I am a visual learner and auditory input produces poor results.

The truck Andy brought was not big enough. We walked through All I had and he gave me a fixed price bid that would go down if I got rid of a few of the larger pieces. I gave away a solid 6" oak desk, large office chair, 24" TV and 9 banker boxes of records. No discount on price. I had to move what he could not take the next day. 3 large rugs 21 boxes, and a wheel barrow. He wanted me to pay the ferry fees. I refused. In the end he asked for a tip for his men! I engaged him even though he was the highest bid $1980, for move to Sequim. I was trusting he would take care of everything. He betrayed my trust.

He was very responsible. Wonderful and helpful.
