Not all the questions were answered properly regarding the repair estimates.

I got the service I needed.

Was done well

The process from start to finish was great! They are responsive and accommodating!

Dave’s great and very knowledgeable about home inspections. He uses the coolest drone to survey the property and snap pictures of various perspectives of your property.

Great service

Dave is honest and down to earth and he will tell you exactly like it is. He even offered to talk to my landlord about the results that were found, which really set him apart from others. I highly recommend him!

My son has a compromised immune system and David kept that in mind while fogging our home

I have done 2 inspections and 1 treatment and I am completely satisfied with all the work done on my condo.

Was on time and ready to go. Report seemed detailed and he walked around and showed us what he found. Overall good experience.

he was pleasant and friendly to work with

Quick to schedule, arrived promptly at agreed time, tech was helpful and efficient! Any questions about results were answered. This is a very fine family run business!

Dave and Jake are so knowledgeable. They inspected and tested for mold, but at the same time, they showed me what to change to solve the problem for good. These guys are a really valuable resource if you think you have a mold problem.

Quick response, thorough job, and fair up-front pricing.

Inspector was very thorough in his explanations.

Dave knew I was concerned about toxic mold ~ I had flooding damage and I was having nose bleeds. He was so kind about my plight and fit me in very quickly. He took air samples, swabs for mold, and a sample for asbestos testing. I got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. He explained parts of the process that might interest me in my specific situation. He was so respectful and understanding regarding my stress and anxiety over my rental unit. I donâ t see any possible reason why I would use anybody except Dave if I need these services again. I highly recommend him. You cannot go wrong with Dave. Thank you, Dave, for being so helpful during such a hard time.

They were great. Still using them

Dave was Bert helpful answering all my questions, and there were a lot! Bryan came to do the test and he was also great

Great customer service. I trust the honest information I was given. Definitely recommend this company for anyone who suspects they might have mold.

Got inspected quickly with detail report back in 1 day. Found couple defects right before rain started.

Dave is not only a total professional, but also a very kind and understanding person. I was so happy I chose him for this job. I was under so much stress and he made it as easy as possible for me. Definitely would refer him to others.
