Went with them as needed a roof replacement after the hurricane. Insurance approved me.FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER. I WAS VERY NAIVE which I take accountability on. Was told by sales rep OVER AND OVER again that they are the best and work with insurance companies that if they don't give enough funds for the roof they assist in getting more funds from insurance to help cover, as well as they assist with financing anyone. Was SOLD HOPES AND DREAMS. Sales rep after multiple calls and texts and in person meetings that I had to take off of work for, finally submitted an itemized statement to insurance- only after he had me apply to 2 different finance companies. in which I got denied and it dinged my credit (just 2 no other options offered). the insurance denied additional money. Lier very pushy. Over priced. Shown up announced. Rude. Never again. Talks trash about other roofing companies. Don't use

Do not use this fraudulent business. They do not stand behind their warranty. I have pictures. I wish I could upload so you can see the poor quality of their work. I have gotten no response from the general manager, and the lady on the phone is very rude and will not give him a message

Our old metal roofing finally needed replacing. We called Hippo Roofing seeing an ad that they specialize in metal roofs in our area. Their salesman Rob was laid-back, informative and took as much time as we needed to go through everything in advance. The company notified us every step of the way, They copied us on applying for the permit, issuance of the permit and the inspections. Their workers were quiet, hard-working, respectful and cleaned up every last piece of debris that came off the roof out of our yard. The roof came out perfect And looks amazing. Their on site job manager was great. They started on time, they completed it when they said they were and provided us with all the documents we required including their awesome warranty. They were really fast in responding if we had a question by phone or email, always making us feel like we were a valued customer. Iâ  ve now recommended them to my adult children, other family, friends and neighbors. In fact, Iâ  m going to ask them to do another roof job for us that we hadnâ  t planned on doing yet, after seeing their quality work and quality products they use. In addition, they are really nice people which was important to us.

The salesman is too pushy. Wasting my time Bad experience.

Please be aware. Certain women working for this company will go after your husbands or significant others. He called to get quotes and ended up getting endless flirtatious messages through social media. He had to block her to get the messages to stop. Very unprofessional. Use another company!

They were responsive, courteous, and did excellent work. I originally talked to them about gutters and roof repair, and ended up using them just for the roof repair, and they were fantastic. Would definitely hire them again.

I hired Hippo Roofing to replace my existing gutters with the new ones on Dec13, 2019. we signed a contract and I gave them a deposit of 50% the project cost. After numerous delays and failures to return my calls, over a month later, they told me they underestimated a price and they need more money. I rejected the offer and fired them not so much because the increase, but because they are unreliable, not trustworthy and disrespectful to a customer.

Didn't climb up on the roof to check the quality of work but a picture of the carport roof was good enough.

Never hear from them, cashed my check a month ago, have not seen any work yet!

They gave us an estimate and promised their price would not go up so we gave them a down payment. They called the next and tried to raise the price. We canceled and we are getting our money back. We do not do business this way.
