There were some bugs along the way due to our current furnace and other problems. He had to come back several times due to problems and I believe he ended up spending more time than usual with no extra charge. all is now working well.

He put an AC in my home, new furnace and AC in my sister-in laws home, and replacement AC in my father-in-law's home - very pleased all three times with the work that was done!!! Knowledgeable and reasonably priced!!!

He did not help me. His Helping Hands did not help me at all. She paid $90 service fee but no actual work was performed. She just wants to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

"Whoever made this review for someone else is not aware that we always tell the customer before we do the service call that there is a $90 service fee for us to examine the furnace. if another company tells them the old furnace cannot be repaired. Sorry, we were not able to repair the old furnace with a cracked heat exchanger."

"This customer was not available to allow us to make an appointment. Then an appointment was set fir weeks later which was not kept because it was not an emergency. We were swamped with many no heat calls. Sorry I?m 68 yrs old technician and cannot please everyone. Especially when they are not willing to communicate with me in a timely manor."
