I had my flat screen tv wall mounted in my bedroom. They came in on time, did the job and cleaned up. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Tony is a top-notch professional. Realized this when he came into our home with shoe covers...seems minor, but the fact that he was mindful of keeping our home clean to that extent showed what a person/perfectionist he is. Took his time to explain each and every detail. Prices were best of all quotes I got. Absolutely no complaints, and I highly recommend.

It was a good experience. There were a handful of the things if paid attention to every details , would have been more satisfying e.g. color of the wires used. Overall satisfactory work. will recommend.

Few things that I did not like: - Prior to coming to our house for the wall mount he did not give me much options as to what my choices were for a wall mount (e.g. whether it will be a completely flat mount or tilt etc). The one that he brought for the TV did not fit well and we could see the mount from the side. Our option then was to go with a different one, for which we had to pay additional amount and pay for another trip cost. After calling back quite a number of times we had a different mount put up after almost a month and a half. This mount was not perfect either since the plug connection that was done by the installer himself is jutting out the wall and the Tv is at a upward mount right now..but we are living with it. To have this fixed we were given another option that would cost us another $300. I felt that the installer did not plan what was needed and tried to fix his mistake by giving us addtional cost options. To begin with we had paid quite a bit for the mount hence I felt these things should have been fixed by the installer without us paying extra everytime. I would recommend anyone trying to hire this installer ask him to come and do a on-site inspection before the installation.

Tony (Lead Installer) and his assistant were great. They took great care in ensuring that the job project was completed in a timely maneer. They were both open to questions that my wife and I had. Very impressed with their skills in addition to the customer service that they provided. Would hire again in a minute~

The guys are very patient, getting the work done at its best, very courteous and gave me few tips how to operate and maintain my equipment. They put my flat screen above my fireplace which I thought it is not doable but they got me wrong. Got excellent results, I will highly recommend them to my friends.
