Dan was the best. He is a true professional. I was actually out of town when the inspection occurred. Dan kept me informed. We discussed areas of concerns. He did an excellent job helping me understand the report. He provided a summary report as well as a detailed report with pics. When I shared the report with my realtor she stated it was one of the best she had seen.

Dan was the nicest guy to deal with. I am having to battle with a roofer that doesn't want to make the necessary repairs to things left undone when they roofed my house. It was hard for me to want to trust another person in the construction industry, but Dan certainly is trustworthy. He scheduled me quickly, was thorough and complete reported as stated in the timeframe expected. It is very professional, clear, and concise. I will definitely be using him again.

I waited until 30 days after we had moved in to review Mr Hitt's services. Having been here for a month Mr Hitt's reports was thorough and complete. We have not encountered any issues he had not already noted. His detailed report with photographs was very helpful as a new homeowner when starting a maintenance to do list as well as things to keep an eye on. Thank you Mr Hitt.

Dan was so great to work with. As first time home buyers we had so many ridiculous questions. He was happy to walk us through everything (sometimes more than once) until we were completely comfortable with everything in our new home.
