They came on time& were efficient. Did a good job.

Requested them to wash down kitchen completely, move the range and refrigerator and clean under and behind them. You can still see grease on the wall behind the range. The refrigerator range and stove were never moved and cleaned behind or under. Would not recommend them.

Carpet was very dirty in walk way, and he did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I would hire him again ! It was very humid though and we did have to wait until the next day to put furniture back which was not his fault.

The carpets were left extremely wet there was a good bit of dog hair left in the carpets because their equipment was not heavy-duty like the name brand companies. I don't think there was any deodorizer used because it did not have a clean fresh scent when dry. People were very friendly and price was great, but I would rather have paid more and had dryer and fresher smelling carpets.

I had flooded carpets from a leak. Hit th Dirt said he could get the water out of the pad and it would dry. His equipment was not up to the task. I came in the next day and carpet had absorbed water back up from the pads. I had to remove carpet and pad and reinstall new pad,
