Frank Brooks was the plumber who came out and did both the quote and the service work for our Corporate office in Duluth, GA. After completing the work on Wed, July 8, 2009, I was very happy with his work and his interaction with us, as the customer. There are a few fixed items that need to be tweaked, but he is supposed to come back out next Monday or Tuesday to take care of them. The only difficulty was with the owner, Stephen Hocienic, in getting him to complete a W-9 form for our A/P department. He didn't seem to understand why we needed the form completed in order to process his check, even though it is necessary for our tax purposes.

Excellent service. Hourly rate seems a little high.

Experience was great. This was an emergency situation. Showed up right away. Did what was necessary to complete the job.

Pluming Service installed 2 water faucets on my upstairs balcony and deck. They connected the pipes thru an upstairs bath and elminated the potential of freezing pipes in cold weather. They were professional & budget wise. They did a great job. I will use them again when I need another plumbing job.

They were quick to call back, and quick to arrive. It took him only 10 minutes to perform the fix and it has not given me any more problems. My minor complaint is that I had to pay 150.00 for that ten minutes. I'm not working and that really hurt! So even though he was wonderful and the work perfect, I'll still look for a more economical company next time. A suggestion for retaining customers: Offer a 10% off coupon to be used the next time.

Good job but pricey.

I had Hocienic Plumbing repair a shower pan in my upstairs bathroom. The work involved ripping out tile, replacing the p-trap and placing a flexible sheet of PVC in the bottom. I have since had two tile layers come out and tell me that the work was relatively poorly done and exorbitantly overpriced. In addition, the ceramic tile that was pulled out of the shower was thrown into my garbage can after they said they'd haul it off-site. It is still in my driveway waiting for them to come by and pick it up. They also left cigarette butts in my driveway.

They were very professional, and they are now helping us with our bathroom project as well. They are a terrific contracting company.

Frank and his team promised to be on site at a specific time and date and met that as promised. He was very compentent and provided the service for a fair and reasonable price. The workmanship appears to be fine and we are enjoying our new hot water heaters.

Quoted an "all-inclusive" price of $225 for simple leaky copper pipe repair. But then charged $250, even though the job seemed very easy and quick.

My plumbing problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected. Project was completed within 2 hours of my request to ServiceMagic.

They fixed the problem, but he tore up some bushes that he didn't need to. He overcharged me and had agreed to give me some money back but has never done that.

Although they were prompt to respond to my request, the cost seemed very high. I was charged $175 for basically 30 min of labor which involved snaking and plunging my clogged toilet. And they didn't even have a plunger with them.

At first when they came out to quote for the job, they were cordial. Then when they came out to do the job, they spent only a couple of hours; I asked Curtis, the supervisor, what they did he said they did not replace the original PB pipes, rather laid new pipes on top, in the yard They knocked a new whole in my basement wall to put the new pipe through, which they did not mention during quotation, otherwise I could have chosen another contractor. Two days later the water in my kitchen focet ran low so I asked Curtis to come back. He did not. That Saturday I noticed a leak from their new pipe. Curtis blamed the leak on faulty connector &
