I am not satisfied with the customer service because there is none and the quality of work because my patio has cracks in it and I have only had it for 3 months. To date I still have not heard from Herb Hoegemeier Construction.

"Concrete is the one product that is qaurenteed to crack, You really have no control over it. During these extremely hot days it not hard to believe there is not more than 4 to 6 cracks over this given amount of time."

I am completely dissatified with the work that was rendered. My fence was places on my neighbor property line, the gate was nailed into my neighbor brick and after he quoted me a price and I sign the contract he went way up on the price. He said that he measured wrong. I called him after the job was done about the gate being on the neighbor property line and bolting the gate to the neighbor house he told me "he would come back to fix it but I just need to pay him for his time. I agreed but he never showed up nor called.

"The fence diminsions were changed as per customers request, along with that she agreed to the extra cost and said that for me to continue and would suppliment the pay. As a result of the extra work, she was reluctant to abide by judgement."
