    Every one of the workers from the initial phone call to the final project have been fantastic! The knowledge that everyone had who we were in contact with was overwhelming. They are so experience. They are an amazing company to work with. Even the receptionists were great! One in particular, Ana, really knows her business. It was such a delight to work with everyone there. Jeff even handled all of the insurance papers for us.

    They were hired to replace my sonÂ’s roof and gutters in July but never did the gutter work. WouldnÂ’t answer phone calls. Now they say it will be another 4 weeks before theyÂ’ll finish the job.

    They cashed my check for $9800.00 to repair my roof from damage that was made by a tree limb. They cashed the check FIVE MONTHS AGO and never begun the work. My ceiling has caved in electrical is exposed and 100 year old wood floors damaged. They were supposed to place a tarp but the rain still pours in. They never did anything until I threatened a lawsuit. DO NOT USE THEM. Maybe it is because the house is in North Omaha and they think old neighborhoods do not matter. Now I am stuck. I cannot sell it or rent it in this condition.

    Nick Hoffman was a great Project Manager and the installation team stayed long hours just to finish early, which we approved and appreciated. We've been happy with the work and it was completed 3 months ago.

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
