Blue Line Exteriors completely replaced the siding on a friend’s home. During the remodel, I asked Brian if he had time to check out some minor storm damage to a window on my home. Brian came out for the estimate and gave a very honest opinion that it was probably not going to be an insurance coverage. Brian was able to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damage and replace the window. He was able to schedule the work in between other much larger jobs and treated the work with the same professionalism that he provided to my friend. His work crew was courteous and completely cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend Blue Line Exteriors, Brian is an honest and good salesman.

I contacted Brian at Blue Line based on some positive reviews I found online from other Twin Cities residents. He immediately connected me with a partner he works with that specializes in insulation (Jason). The initial inspection went smoothly, and Jason had a quick temporary fix for our bathroom venting moisture directly into our attic space. The attic was our immediate concern, but we also had Jason bid out the basement for spray foam since we've had issues with a pipe on the exterior wall freezing due to some issues with existing fiberglass. Brian and Jason's bid for two separate insulation jobs came in slightly under the nearest bid, and well under the outlying bid. I received consistent communication about when the job could start, and how long it would take, as well as what to expect. Jason ran the show that day, and my wife and I both thought his crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Jason has a good relationship with the vendor that provided the spray foam truck, so the integration with them was pretty seamless. Overall the job (attic and basement) was completed in less than 6 hours. This included a little adjustment of the roof deck to make sure the coupler to the bathroom vent in the attic would fit correctly. I felt the basement received a lot of attention to detail. Caulking in areas I didn't know I needed it, and foam in every minor nook and cranny. The basement feels "tight" like it hasn't before. Jason is also taking care of the paperwork for a couple of energy rebates I qualify for, which is nice. There was a light switch cover near the basement slider door that got damaged by the crew coming in, but Brian immediately replaced it the same day. Overall everything went smoothly and I'm looking forward to improved energy efficiency and the feeling that we can move ahead with starting to finish the basement. The improved insulation there has been on the wish list for a long time, and now that excuse is gone. Thanks Brian and Jason!

Brian, the owner, was referred to me by my tenants in Golden Valley, who are detailed, meticulous mature people. Brian met them and worked with me long distance in Florida. 6 bedroom windows were delivered and installed at a date we requested.
