Called for ac unit repair. Was here maybe 15 minutes if that. Said it was a capacitor and that is all it was. Charged over $200 for 15 minutes and a $20 capacitor. Did the work without letting me know what it was or if I even wanted it done just said to pay him the money. The ac still did not work called back to reschedule to have it looked at he was mad I said it still was not working. When he thought he was off the phone call he said f you to me. Unable to reach them and get them to come back to look at it. I can only imagine the things he says about other customers behind their backs.
