"As customer stated, I did not make it back. However, it was only because I ended up getting Covid and completely dropped the ball on notifying her. All my other customers were notified but because she was such a new customer she slipped through the cracks. Once I realized I had forgotten about this job I reached out to the customer to correct it but she had already found someone else. As such, I would like to say that this review is not indicative of how we do business. I strive to communicate with my customers regularly as needed.
