We had to incur an additional cost of $335 to fix the 4 electrical code violations found 2 months after our drop ceiling was installed. Attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Overall, they were from the very start unreliable and poor communicators. I would not recommend them.

They did a full flood remodel of 1,000 sq ft in a very timely manner and to perfection! I would highly recommend this company.

Also did flooring and some electrical work, installed on demand heater, fixed shower door. Basically, anything I can't do, I call Hogan up and within 24 hours he comes and does it perfectly the first time. Clean and professional. Also very respectful of safety during this difficult COVID time. Very pleased with his services. Looking to do some major projects soon and he will be the first person I call.

Ken was great to work with on the planning and Tom did a great job. Quality work with no surprises.

TJ helped us with our Ring technology issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would not have been able to do this on our own. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any technical issues we have in the future. Very grateful. We have other home improvement projects (non technical related) that we will certainly call them for.

Ken (Hogan) delivered a quality project involving multiple crafts in a timely fashion, for the amount quoted. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. I would recommend them for home improvement projects without reservation.

If you have any problems with work being done, call Ken, owner of Hogan's, and he will take care of it. Ken went above and beyond with taking care of issue I had. He is willing to stand behind all work done. I would use this company again.

Exceeded my expectations, punctual just very nice I manage a office building and deal with contractors all the time very few times can I actually say anything nice but they did what they said and everything was done when they said I couldn't thank them enough was actually a pleasure

Quality of work is great and the workers are very conscientious.

very friendly and professional.. addressed all concerns, good craftsmanship.. a little expensive in some areas, so needed to trim project down a bit but overall a good experience, would recommend and use again

I hired them to do a small bathroom remodel my issue is i was told it would take two weeks, and we are in the middle of 14th week and still not done. I have reached out to communicate with them on multi occasions and nobody has gotten back with me in 12 days. Shower drain was installed crooked, the wrong toilet was installed initially, and then when it was replaced it was wobbly and it has those phantom flushes. The light fixture was install upside down, and has since been taken down but has not been put back up. The glass shower door was installed crooked, The lights were removed downstairs and have not been reinstalled. The bathroom barn door was originally mis-measured with opening on both ends, So it was replaced with a thinner door, that is wide open on both ends and provides no privacy, This was promised to be fixed with a seal and a locking mechanism which has not been completed. There were many days the workers only worked a half day, and stretches of 2-3 days with no work being done. There are several cosmetic touch ups that have not been addressed. I will be happy to update my rating and review when these issues are addressed and communication is restored. UPDATE 10/29/2020; They told me the job would take 2 weeks and it took 15 months. We went through periods of 3 weeks or more where they did not return phone calls, texts or emails. The shower had substantial leaks out onto the bathroom floor and took months to finally get it corrected. They sent one worker over to do the job and he refused to wear a mask properly, refused to cover his nose, during the height of the pandemic. If you deal with this company, deal directly with TJ only.

Hogan& Handyman eventually built me a beautiful sunroom, but they took much, much too much time to complete it. If you have a deadline, I would recommend that you do not hire them. They will blame either the weather or their suppliers for the delay, but even after the rainy spring season, there were very many sunny days that they could have been working and they never showed up. In fact at one point, weeks had gone by when no one showed up to work on my porch. After it was mostly done, they had a problem with the siding supplier, and although this was a legitimate problem, I feel that Hogan's had enough time in advance to have ordered the siding and they shouldn't have kept me waiting for my sunroom. All in all, they took 4 months to do a project which they and all my other estimators projected would take 6 weeks. One more thing I need to mention: From the beginning of the project I had made it perfectly clear that I needed handrails on both sides of my steps leading up to the porch. This was included in the price, but only one handrail was ever installed. I got tired of reminding and asking them for the second handrail, which I did multiple times. Since I am a senior citizen, this is a handicap for me. I am forced to descend the stairs backwards!

All personnel were extremely professional. Was disappointed I had to call many times to finally pin down a start date for projects. One installation with door hardware was inferior but the company made sure issues were corrected to my satisfaction! I would highly recommend this company in the future!

He worked on the doors on Saturday and came back and finished the work on Sunday. I was very impressed with the quality of work and so were the tenants that were moving in. He did his work as if it was his own house. You cannot beat that.
