Mr. Hoke and Hoke Heating and Air did a fabulous job of diagnosing and fixing my 6-year-old A/C unit. My outside fan motor was acting erratically--sometimes it worked, but sometimes it failed to start up. Mr Hoke responded to my request within 24 hours, worked with the manufacturer to have a warranty motor delivered, and when he arrived at my home, did a full diagnosis and evaluation. It turned out that the fan motor capacitor was defective and not the fan motor. Fortunately, the defective capacitor was covered by warranty. Mr Hoke replaced the capacitor, examined my whole system and found no further concerns, and charged a VERY affordable fee. Very professional. Since then, my A/C system has worked flawlessly through some of the hottest weather on record this Spring and Summer. I thoroughly recommend Hoke Heating and Air to anyone with an A/C or furnace problem requiring an experienced diagnostician. They really live up to their A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.
