Gave a estimate for a metal roof over the patio....we purchased all the materials with the exception of nails screws and or bolts....had everything delivered took care of permit ourselves and he texted he wanted all his money upfront for the job we agreed to half the suddenly he is not going to do the job never offered a contract however we wrote one up Nobody wants paid for a job that's not complete or started... suddenly he is not going to do the job rumors has it he has a medication problem

Hired him to build awning over patio and got the permit bought materials ready to do job and he wanted ALL money before he even came to job and when I wouldn't pay he backed out
