We at HLC have been providing service throughout Arizona since 2009. He came back to resolve the issue but was very defensive that he didn't do anything wrong. I had 2 Electrical boxes that he hooked up. they stopped working. When I called he said that there was nothing he could do. My frustration was that the electrical boxes worked, then they didn't & I wanted him to come out & check the box because the lights weren't working. We understood that the problem could be electrical & totally unrelated to the Christmas lights. We just wanted him to come & check. He finally did & the problem was resolved. But the disputing back & forth between us was unnecessary
