It took the worker 3 days to come and remove the snow. Had to be called again. Removal was adequate but areas like the porch which is contiguous with the sidewalk were not cleaned and became very icy, even though I used snow melt. The weather was very bad and he did have a lot of work. He is good about coming out no matter how much work he has. It just may take a while.

Jack is a great guy and was very responsive. I have a very long driveway and was unable to get a car out with 10 inches of snow. In my husband's absence he was able to get our snowblower started and dig out my cars!

Customer service was outstanding. Jack worked around my travel schedule and came to our home within 48 hours to provide an estimate, which was very fair. When I arrived home 4 days later he was here installing our holiday lights. We will definitely use Holiday Lights in the years to come. The Hill Family
